Poetry is a Passion, Poetry is a dream
Poetry is a living, walking, breathing, beautiful being
Poetry clears my thoughts, Poetry seems to pass time
When I relax with poetry she always ease my mind
My mind is caught up in poetry and poetry is on my mind
I grab my chair sit back and relax,
And when I’m with poetry everything is always so fine
Its like a cool summer night romancing on the porch
Having a good time chilling with your boo of course.
Sitting back relaxing, listening to wind blow through the chimes,
Yeah think about it,… … … … …one of those times.
I grab my pen and paper and sit at my desk
Poetry flows from my mind, and releases from my chest
My chest feel so light, my heart feels so free
I release these words, now more words are coming to me.
Some people say Poetry is like this, Poetry is like that
is poetry fiction or is poetry facts.
Poetry can be whatever you want it to be.
To me poetry is that best friend
she lets me talk about whatever is on my mind.
Poetry is that sweetheart that you can go to when you feel like crying.
Poetry is that girl that you want to hold
Poetry is what you do when you feel all alone
Poetry is your hobbies, your stress, your boo
Poetry is whatever makes you grab your pen and paper and truly be you
Poetry is the words that sound so sweet
Poetry is your winning or your cry of defeat
Poetry is the things that make you go in your room
Lay your head on your pillow and take in all the gloom
Cry your tears, face your fears, ease your mind from your hurt years
Poetry is that passion, poetry is that dream
Poetry is a living, walking, breathing, beautiful being
